Terms of service
These terms cover buying apparel from PotteryMania at potterymania.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms together with our Privacy policy and Returns & refunds policy.
1. The shop
PotteryMania sells T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel for makers. Products are manufactured to your order through our fulfilment partner once an order is placed. We may add, modify, or retire products at any time.
2. Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in EUR (or your local currency where shown) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Once payment is confirmed, the order is sent to production — you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details and a separate shipping email when the package leaves the facility.
We may cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock with no replacement, or flagged by our fraud-prevention system. In that case you receive a full refund.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — only the transaction tokens needed to complete the purchase, issue refunds, and protect against fraud.
4. Production & shipping
Each item is produced for you after you order. Typical lead time is a few business days for production plus carrier transit. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Custom items cannot be cancelled once production has started (usually within 1–2 hours of purchase).
5. Returns & refunds
Returns, exchanges, defects, and lost-package handling are described in our Returns & refunds policy. Made-to-order garments are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)) — your other consumer rights, including remedies for defective goods, are unaffected.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, the PotteryMania name, and the logo are owned by PotteryMania or used under licence. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission. Any artwork you submit (for example, custom designs through a partner program) must be your own or properly licensed; you grant us the right to print and ship it on your behalf.
7. Affiliate program
Affiliates earn commission on the final paid amount of each referred order, after any discounts. The commission rate, payout schedule, and program rules are described on the affiliate program page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the program (incentivised clicks, spam, false claims, etc.).
8. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, infringing, or hateful content.
- No interference with the site, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass security.
- No fraudulent orders or chargebacks for items received as described.
9. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product photos are representative; minor variations in colour and finish are normal for apparel.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator of PotteryMania, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your location.
